THERAPY, COACHING
Lena Howell
Power in therapy starts with the creative collaboration between you and your therapist. In a space that can often feel uncomfortable, awkward, or even scary, I cultivate warmth, playfulness, and compassion. It’s my pleasure to learn where you want to go and to co-create the path forward with you. From there, we can deepen your ability to tap into your own strength and resources. Meaningful change begins with self-compassion and recognizing the tools you already have.
