Natasha Kaneda
Natasha (she/her) is experienced in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, complex trauma, sexual abuse, and attachment wounds. She understands the deep vulnerability it takes to begin healing from these experiences, and she works to create a warm, supportive environment where clients can feel safe, seen, and accepted.
Her approach is gentle and collaborative, there is no rush. In Natasha’s view, healing is a slow, compassionate process of untangling from painful symptoms and reconnecting with the self. She incorporates both somatic and relational therapy techniques, helping clients explore their emotional worlds through curiosity and embodied awareness.
Natasha believes that true healing is possible, and that it involves liberating your authentic, spontaneous self. While she honors the depth of the work, she also knows that therapy doesn’t have to be serious all the time. She brings warmth, humor, and a sense of playfulness into her sessions, meeting her clients with humanity and presence.
