Lara Baggio

MA, AMFT

Hi, I’m Lara! I focus on working with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges, and I aim to create a therapy space that feels empathetic, collaborative, and supportive.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by both personal growth and professional experience. Through my own therapy journey, I developed a deep appreciation for how early relationships, life experiences, and relational patterns influence the way we show up in our lives and partnerships. This understanding, combined with my long-standing interest in human connection, led me to pursue psychotherapy as a career.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in attachment-based, trauma-informed, person-centered, and behavioral psychotherapies. I believe healing begins within a strong therapeutic relationship, and I prioritize creating a space rooted in trust, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change.

While my primary focus is working with adults and couples, I also bring experience supporting children, adolescents, parents, and caregivers, which informs my systemic and relational lens. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, being in nature, practicing yoga, dancing, roller skating, and unwinding with movies and TV shows.
