Matt Lowe

(MA,AMFT)

I meet my clients where they are as they move towards wholeness based on the restorative therapy foundation I hold. I engage my clients to see the inner workings, interpersonal dynamics, and the communal forces in the journey towards wholeness. I work with folks in a relational way that allows them to find their power.

I work with clients in areas of relationship conflict, individual confidence and depression, tough family dynamics, and systemic harm. I bring a trauma-centered perspective to the room, engaging our nervous system and how we engage with stress in our lives to be able to transform through them and find your place of thriving.

My background is engaging in anti-oppression and community healing work with grief through a reparative model around race, gender, and disability. I have years of experience navigating social services and community resources, which I use to help my clients find community support and how our community can be the solution. My work with my clients is a creative, liberatory, and collaborative process. I want to help you get unstuck so you can live the fully alive life you were meant to. I look forward to connecting and seeing if we are a good fit.
