Ben Cokeley
(MA, AMFT)
Ben (he/him) believes the way we make meaning of our experiences shapes how we see ourselves and what we imagine is possible. He feels that everyone deserves honest conversation and creates a collaborative space where each individual’s strengths can be identified and expanded upon, without judgment or pressure to perform. His work with individuals and families from different parts of the country has shaped an approach that values context and the impact of family, culture, and systems on identity and relationships.
Ben works with those navigating transitions, sense of self, anxiety, family dynamics, and periods when life feels unstable or overwhelming. He sees growth as developing through reflection and connection, as people discover new ways of relating to themselves and the world around them.
