Power in therapy starts with the creative collaboration between you and your therapist. In a space that can often feel uncomfortable, awkward, or even scary, I cultivate warmth, playfulness, and compassion. It’s my pleasure to learn where you want to go and to co-create the path forward with you. From there, we can deepen your ability to tap into your own strength and resources. Meaningful change begins with self-compassion and recognizing the tools you already have.
Whether you're processing trauma, navigating challenging relationships, or seeking greater creative expression, I’m here to help you create movement in the places that feel stuck. I specialize in working with artists, the queer community, couples and non-monogamous partnerships, and families and children.
My approach blends trauma-informed practices with an abolitionist framework, drawing from Internal Family Systems, somatic work, and Narrative therapy. Together, we’ll explore how external systems have shaped negative self-beliefs and move to reclaim your confidence and intrinsic power. I look forward to supporting you on your journey of healing and growth.
