Ben operates under the belief that you are more than your problems. He understands that people are multifaceted and ever-changing, which can make navigating life tricky, confusing and often painful. The therapeutic space that he provides is relaxed and collaborative. Ben’s soft humor and inviting curiosity facilitate exploration, discovery, desensitization and self-acceptance.
Ben uses relational Gestalt and Narrative practices to increase awareness and cultivate your inherent creativity, imagination, and resourcefulness to better point yourself towards your values and preferred ways of being.

Ben holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, and has received training in Relational Gestalt from The Relational Center. His practicesare trauma-informed and based in a social justice framework.
