Talia Kazarian

Hi there, I’m Talia (she/her). As a clinical therapist, I support clients in rediscovering purpose and connection in a world that often seems designed to thwart this very quest. Whether you’re navigating inner conflict, external pressures, or systemic injustices, I believe you are the emerging expert of your own life. Together, we’ll work to heal what’s been painful in the past and move toward meaningful change – clarifying the kind of life and relationships you want in the present.

While I work with a range of clientele, my particular areas of interest include anxiety, identity, self-worth, relational challenges, women’s issues, grief, and acculturation stress.

I’m especially drawn to the liminal spaces – the uneasy “in-betweens” where clarity hasn’t yet arrived. Partially informed by my own experience straddling overlapping yet conflicting cultural identities, my approach is grounded in exploring inner complexity with curiosity and compassion. We’ll work together to find steadiness in uncertainty and cultivate a more integrated, grounded sense of self. I understand how easy it is to get caught in the stories – personal and cultural – that are meant to keep us fragmented. And I know how powerful it can be to reclaim those narratives, not only for ourselves but for the communities we inhabit.

Our work will offer a safe, collaborative space to examine the thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns that shape your life. What happens inside the therapy room often mirrors what’s happening outside of it, creating a powerful opportunity to notice what’s working – and what isn’t. Drawing from Relational Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Therapy, I bring warmth, authenticity, and humor to the process of healing.

While therapy can be challenging, even vulnerable, I believe there’s also room for joy and unexpected levity. A strong therapeutic relationship makes this all the more possible. If you're curious to explore what that might look like for you, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I’d be honored to hear your story.
